Ada cleaners follows standards and policies set forth by the International Fabricare Institute. These policies are standard to all dry cleaners around the country.
We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry cleaning and laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Responsibility is also disclaimed for specialty trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins.
-We ask that you please check your customer receipt to make sure the item count on the receipt matches the articles you are dropping off with our staff
-All garment pockets must be checked for valuables during drop-off
-We are not responsible for clothes unclaimed after 30 days
Loss & Damage Policy: ADA CLEANERS’ liability with respect to any lost or damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition, excluding household items. Excluded items can only be reimbursed in the form of a store credit once responsibility of the item is determined, in all cases, reimbursements may take up to 4 weeks from the due date on the customer receipt.
Household Items Policy: All household items are cleaned 100% at customer’s own risk.
