Service Desk Position-
Job responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers when they first enter the store
- Correctly looking up customer profiles by either last name or phone number
- Getting an accurate count of all articles of clothing being dropped off for cleaning
- Making sure to provide all customers with a receipt that confirms their drop off
- Correctly tagging all the articles of clothing
- Keeping the store front and work area clean and tidy at all times
- Racking in clothes in a timely manner
- All employees are required to wear provided uniforms and name badges at all times
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of customer/cashier service
- Money handling skills
- Clean background record
- Transportation (we have 4 locations in the area)
- Working phone for communication
- Able to stand on your feet for 6-7 hours during shift
- High tolerance for handling customer concerns and complaints
- Skilled with handling computers/devices with touch screens
You must be available from 6:30am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 3pm on Saturday’s for this position as we have rotating shifts schedule. There are 2 slots at each location. The first shift is from 6:30am to 1pm and the second shift is 1pm to 7pm. Closed on Sunday’s 🙂
